Island Heights Board of Health

The Island Heights Board of Health held its meeting on June 8, 2010 at Island Heights Borough Hall. Fran Gajano, Joanne Moy and Pat Drapzak were present. Absent was Herman Hart, Claire Cagney and Claire Baney.

The meeting came to order at 9:17 and the minutes were approved by Pat Drapzak and seconded by Joanne Moy.

Food Inspections were done at the Island Heights Methodist Church, Island Heights Yacht Clu, Island Heights Fire House, Ring Around the Rosie and Bada Bing.

Hydrant flushing will happen soon and we will be notified when it will take place.

Joanne Moy asked if the pooper scooper law is in effect in our town. She is having trouble with a man who walks three dogs that use her front lawn. They do not pick up after the dogs. He will be notified if it continues.

We read the Local Boards of Health questions for its members.

Pat Drapzak moved to close the meeting and Joanne Moy seconded it.
